Product Returns and Refunds

  • Product Return Policy
    Customers can return/exchange any product within 7 days of receipt if the product is damaged, defective, or unopened. (Based on the product receipt date). The returned product must be in the same condition as when it was received. Our company will accept exchanges/returns under the following conditions:
  • Products that are damaged, broken, moldy, or otherwise unusable.
  • An incorrect product type or size was sent.
  • The product or packaging is damaged.

 

Note
The product must not have been used, although it can be tried it. It must be in new condition.
Returned items must include the original product packaging.
If you have received the product beyond 7 days from the receipt date, our company reserves the right to reject the return of the product.

 

  • How to Return a Product

  • Check Return Status
    The product exchange/refund process will begin once the company completes the evaluation of the returned product. This product quality assessment process may take approximately 7 business days from the date the product was returned to the company.   • Return Shipping Costs
    If the product you received is incorrect, defective, or damaged, We will replace the product for you according to the specific situation. There will be no additional charges for you for the reissued product.

 

  • Exchanging for a New Product
    Once we receive your returned product, we will assess it and inspect the quality of the returned product. This process will take approximately 7 business days from the date the product is returned to the company.

After approval for the exchange, the company will deliver the new product to you. You will receive an email notifying you that the replacement product is on its way, along with a new order number.

 

  • Refund Policy
    The company will refund the full order amount to the customer if the company is unable to find a replacement for the original product you ordered.

In the case of a refund, you must provide documentation and accounting evidence to allow the company to deposit the refund into your bank account. Processing time will take approximately 7-14 business days.

Required documents for a refund request:

  2. A copy of the customer's bank account details, along with a signed and correct copy (the name on the bank account must match the name of the person who placed the order).
